Hey guys i just completed 2 cycles of Madcow's 5x5 and i was planning on maybe switching things up a lil bit and doing a westside program.

Do you think that i could gain some good hypertrophy and strength out of it?
The only change i would make to this program is to work up to a max set of 5 on rows instead of the 8-15 rep range and on friday i would replace the dumbell shoulder press with a max set of 5 overhead press.
Do you think that i could make some good gains out of it?
