How did this thread go from something as beautiful as velvette kissing werd (ahhh... two hot babes making out...) to something as perverse as NB's taint? Thanks for ruining a good thread!

I just saw this now.... Didn't have access last night.
You have no idea how happy it makes me to hear you say that.
I still remember when you first saw it you said it looked like you. That was a year ago. I decided then to give it to you, but wasn't ready to part with it just yet.
She was the second one I did that was ever any good.
I am pleased that you liked my other little work. I was told that it should be edited, but I honestly don't believe it needs to be. I am very flattered that you thought enough of it to show to others. I truthfully only wanted to try to thank you for all the kindness you have afforded me throughout all the difficulties I have faced.... wanted to show you that I am what you thought I was all along: someone who was kind and decent and only cared about one thing... That work is REAL. It is who I am.
It was a mother's day gift for my sister. She is the one in the dedication... She is younger than me and I mothered her her entire life and did it with pleasure. Since I have had the stuff hit the fan - the roles have been reversed. It is SHE that has been my mother.... The woman and the little girl are her and my niece. The handprints are a sort of dedication to my own kids. (I coulldn't very well leave THEM out... now could I? LOL)
Also note, there are often groups of four characters in much of my work. Sometimes it conscious on my part, but most often it just "makes itself" that way... my mind just seems to work that way. The first time it happened and they asked me, "Which one is who, mami?" I had to come up with funny explanations as to why which character was doing what, etc. to amuse them and it would bring them even more pleasure to know that I included them...
Lastly, note how I sign all my work. I do NOT use my name.
I use their initials - as everything I do, I do for them. THEY made me and I try to honor that with everything I do...
I had completed 2 others last year... but that work is completely mine. I have also been working on two others, one that is to be a series. It is 99% done - have layout for the images - is strictly for little ones (younger readers) but is totally autobiographical. If you like, I can email you the near completed draft along w/the layout. The other is still kind of "larval". It is a tremendously personal work which I believe will be appealing to many markets.
I have been so sidetracked with negativity - hard to stay focused....
Hard to keep fighting and proving that I am NOT all the lies that I have been made out to be, especially when I STILL hear "friends" go on an on assaulting my character.
It's all good.
You are the first person who has seen proof positive that all that garbage, is just that: GARBAGE.... and it is because YOU NEVER ASKED FOR PROOF - U KNEW IT ALL ALONG.
There is one other who will see all 3 completed works.... but the damned mail is truly like the snnnnnnnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiillllll.
OK - now I gotta get ready for another day.

I just printed out your post and I'm going to place it behind the work before it gets framed so in the future when I'm gone and a curious kid like myself finds it and takes it apart they'll get a piece of someone else's history.

You know, winter isn't dead.... she is only sleeping.... reminiscing over the past, contemplating her present and visualizing dreams of her future, not necessarily defining it... but letting her mind's eye run wild... letting it show her things she had never even thought possible before.
She's resting and gathering strength... She knows that she'll need it in order to become her dream when she finally wakes from her long slumber.
