Chilling here in northern michigan with a busted-ass foot...lifted today for the first time in about 3 weeks, strength was pretty close to were I was, though I lost about 10 lbs...

yeah, i did almost the same thing myself in July. stress took a toll on my eating habits. don't think i've put a lot of it back on again. fall semester training should take care of that.
oh yeah, HERE! i'm working on my last paper for my Comp 2 class, which is due tomorrow morning. then i have a week and a half off and back into a full semester. summer really flew the fuck by and now i'm kind of upset about it. feel like i've wasted the entire thing. oh well.

At my mom and dad's. Have a wake to go to here tomarrow night. Half of my friends are using me to relay informatoin back to them about Royce's brother, what happened ect. Even Kristy, who has not met him, is asking me for updates via the phone. Plus some of our friends can't make it down due to work and are in teh Dallas area, so yeah, I've been on the phone all night.
