Next time, unless you have any objects in plain view, don't go outside your house or apartment door. If you are going to speak to the agents, do so from about a couple of feet behind your door jamb. Don't invite the police inside. If they do not have a warrant, they cannot go inside your house. And by staying inside of your home, you can create a Payton issue for your attorney, should the police decide to make a warrantless arrest. They often do so. There are only a few exceptions for a warrantless arrest in a person's home: hot pursuit, exigent circumstances, consent, and miscellanous minor exceptions.

After my bitch ex-wife filed for divorce because she was having an affair and i caught her, she put all of my empty steroid bottles, some amphetamines that were not mine, probably hers into a box and brought them to our initial divorce hearing as evidence that I was doing something illegal. She even put a pair of brass knuckles with an attached knife in the box to make it look like I was carrying the weapon around. I had borrowed it from her brother to use while I was hiking in the mountains. Anything that I ever did or said that was private between the 2 of us, she brought up in court. Never trust anyone. By the way, she still lost. I got half custody of my daughter and noone pays child support.
