...I am a man of my word and I tried to post pics yesterday but I was having trouble logging in for some reason. Anyway, I've had a bum wheel for about a month (my left knee needs replaced BAD but I don't have time to do it right now...too damn busy) so, cardio has been kind of hard to come by for a while. And, I've been busier than heck at work so, my exercise regimen has become somewhat abbreviated (20 mins of cardio...when I'm not crippled...and 15 mins of lifting 4 times per week...I superset everything).

I know...more excuses than a pregnant nun.

So, without further ado, submitted for your disapproval...

Out of bed yesterday AM

Yesterday afternoon after 20 mins of cardio (I took 6 pics, they were all blurry, I said fugg it, gave up and picked the clearest one)

OK...so...the last two days I've put nothing in my mouth but picnic food, chips, Dairy Queen, beer and Beam and this is what I looked like this morning...still not a winner, but better than Friday...wtf?? :)

Who even has a webcam? The only reason you'd ever need one is if you plan on jacking off for someone. Sitting on front of a computer just to talk to someone is pretty fucking stupid.

I post shit so you dumb fucks either one spend your day wondering or 2nd spend your day searching the net for dick pics or other shit thats totally fucking not relevant to me. Hahahaha really bro you mad? Sorry bout the crossfit joke. You look good ngr great abs over all good build. My build when im in shape is a lot like your shape. My frame just appears to be much bigger. Im just wider and thicker and a lot bigger in the legs. I also joose my ass off too im sure with as much joose as i take you could be big thick fat and fucked up too. But take from me stay where you at. My joints are shot and my age is catchung me im trying to change my lifting and supp habits in hopes of getting where you are and havung some damn quality of life.

No im seriously fucking out of shape prehaps even bloated. I will post a pic of my nonexsitant abs just got tied up today but I did exchange a pic and video with digi today. Legit pic of arm measuring a cunt hair over 20 inches and a Baby Beezekiel video power cleaning 295 after his clean work out like it wasnt shit. Baby Beezy is a fucking monster my greatest creation to date but Baby Beezyetta is close on his heels as far as athleticisim. Shes 11 runs AAU track National dance Champion and a switch hitting smooth fielding travel ball shortstop for a prerty successful softball orginization. I put more time in on their futures than i do my training these days guess its just what daddys do.

Yeah for real bro. I start working with my tainer again today trying to recomp. He says i would be the best of both worlds at 220 to 225 with some flexability. Thats what we will shoot for for now
