Well I got made pretty tonight

Some fucking bitch punched me in the fuckin face,my eye is pretty swollen which sucks, and all because we asked her underage drunk friend to leave,and they started making a scene so we followed them out.

I fucking wish she was a guy,I woulda killed the cunt.

and I was gonna clock her if she tried to hit me again,but thankfully I had the control to remove myself and let another bouncer handle it.

I hate my fucking job
 
Fuck man, if you know who she is or know a way of finding out, you should go to the police station in the morning and get the ball rolling. Lord knows you probably have a ton of witnesses. Don't let her get away with it.
 
I know,but there is unfortunatly more to the story,the guy she was with,I assume it was her bf carries and uses a knife and actually just got out from serving a term for assault with a weapon so I figured take a shot and live to fight another day,as not everyone on my team is trained to deal with weapons.

and the owner is a tosser and doesnt let the police get involved.

I could find out,the waitresses know her,but they wont tell me who she is,which is utter bullshit,otherwise I do like your idea, and I firmly believe in this business you should work with the police, as for witnesses,oh ya right infront of the entire bar is when she hit me
 
Knives are for pussies, chances are if he did assault with a deadly he did a good grip of time and on parole. He prolly wanted to get out of there faster than a speeding bullet before he got violated if the cops show up. Put in a police report against her, maybe you can blackmail sex out of it if she is decent looking. Anyone pussy enough to use a knife isnt going to come back at you while on parole especially if there is already a police report. He'd prolly shit a brick if he heard about the police report praying that he wasnt named in it.

I hear ya, when I did security at concerts and events, I got hit a few times. But we settled street style by all of us armbarring and opening doors with their faces and having them accidentally fall down the stairs. Not really worth the time to pursue if you cant nothing out of it since she's nasty. Life's too short to let ugly scum bother you.
 
You have to find another job before you get killed in there. Your fellow bouncers are gutless fucks. Man, if that happened with any of the guys I know who bounce, both this guys arms woulda got grabbed before he had any chance to pull his knife, hed be patted down and seperated from his blade, and they would have taken him out the back door....if you catch my drift.

You seriously need to threaten one of the waitresses who are holding out on you...let them know that they can either tell you, or you'll tell the cops that they know the assailant's identity and then they'll have to deal with the bother of being hounded by the police. If the owner gets cute trying to talk you out of pressing charges, tell him you'll drop the whole thing if he gives you five hundred bucks...or else he can fuck off and you're going to go ahead with it.

I hear ya man,this is just temp till I get out of college, as for my boys,they are all college age with not much experience but overall good guys,we are just having door control issues as sometimes the guy on door loses their balls and wont turn people away.

this business sure is shit and people are getting worse everyday

your probably right,Im just really trying to give it a shot until our team comes together a little more, we only started this team a month ago so I dont expect perfection and am pretty impressed so far,the door control is the biggest issue,which after this I wont fuck around with anymore as I enjoy living.

also if I find other work I will end up working 3-4 days a week for less money which sucks since Im in school and need alot of time for studying etc

I really appreciate the offer,but id never put someone else at risk for me,sure my pride is hurt,but Ill live and heal. beside you would have to be trained to take that shot,like I said Ive fought men who didnt hit me half as hard.

wow -- clubs in LA of all places are more docile and safer. Most we see is a couple punches thrown. Guess having the bad-ass LAPD outside keeps people in check.

I honestly believe they are much safer man, I live in a shit town where there is a high welfare population and large drug problem,and the downtown is just overall shit.

the locals fight over stupid shit,even kill people over it,and its sickening,I cant wait to graduate and get as far from here as possible.

I bounce at a "Gentlemen's Club". There is a huge pocket of so-called Ultimate Fighters that train in this area. Pat Militech has a gym here. He fought to a draw with Dan Severn. (who outweighed him by 50 pounds) So he's a tough guy. These guys come in often, and they are very full of themselves, not to mention all the fake ass Gangsta's that come in. They are a fuckin' trip, dude. They sit on the chow line and throw dollar bills at the girls like it's a fuckin' Jay-Z video. Just be glad you don't have to deal with this shit. I have to be hard all the time, no exceptions. College boys wouldn't make it 1 night here at the Double Duece.:)

I've been cut, and stabbed with an icepick (twice same arm). All I can say from the experience is that the idea of it happening is much worse than the experience itself. If that makes any sense. Don't worry, he got his.....big time :evil:

fuck,tonight really depressed me,I was out drinking with my buddies because I didnt have to work tonight,and we ran into one of my guys,and his gf who is a waitress at the bar,and she said I deserved to get cracked cuz I started it.

fuck people piss me off,if they only knew the pressure the boss puts on me to get it done,they would fuck off,I tell ya its hard,but I know people will always doubt my job so I gotta man up and stick to my guns on this.
