They're not the best poses i can do because i had a hard time flexing and holding/steadying the phone (especially the shitty back shots) and it's definitely not the best quality picture. i think the distortion happened when tinypic expanded them.

as you can see i have a lot of work to do but i was trying to do the best i could with what i had this summer. i can't wait to start stuffing my face and really start packing on the pounds this winter. also not to be a tease but i think i have better ones but they have my money maker in them.

i'm 6" 1' or is it 6' 1" (lol i can never remember how to put that), 175ish lbs, i have no idea what my body fat is, but i assume it's fairly low. thanks a lot for the feed back guys, i've been getting down on myself lately; which only makes me work harder.
