6'2 296 pounds 18 percent bodyfat
current benchpress 415 pounds
current squat 625 pounds
current deadlift 680 pounds

have done 2 cycles, sustanon, eq, dbol

I am trying to lean up some and get veiny and hard, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH A CYCLE, THIS IS WHAT I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING AT DOING, PLEASE LEAVE ME SOME INPUT ON WHAT YOU WOULD DO!

200 mgs week of tren enanthate weeks 1-8
750 mgs of test enanthate weeks 1-12
30 mgs dianabol weeks 1-4
50 mgs of proviron eod weeks 1-12

Age?
Prior cycle dosages and lengths?

Shiiiiiiiaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiit! I wish I had your lifts! In my experience, you can use all the gear you want, but if your diet and cardio are lacking, fat loss will be minimal.

27 YEARS OLD
THESE WERE MY PRIOR 2 CYCLES

12 WEEKS OF SUSTANON- 500 MGS A WEEK
12 WEEKS OF EQ- 300 MGS A WEEK
1-4 40 MGS OF D-BOL
 
I don't know where you would fit it in but EQ is great for vascularity and hardening. Those are massive lifts. You've got to be jacked, Got any pics?
 
Impressive #'s bro. You sound to be a decent size. Persoanlly, I would work on diet and leaning down. At 296 and 18% I don't think you will see the vascularity and lean mass definition that EQ is known for.

well bro while im no guru ill say that perhaps something like this
400 or 500mgs per week tren enanthate..1-10
750mgs or 1000mgs test ananthate 1-10
30ms ED dbol 1-4
50mg ED winny 5-12
100mg EOD prop 11-13
PCT 14

well bro thats what i would do but also diet will play a huge role in what you do with this cycle cut or bulk...btw congrats on what you have accomplished so far.....lastly the proviron is up to you but it should really be used daily....goodluck
 
why mess with the dbol at all? has no business in a cutting stack, run something that will keep you dry like anavar, primo, tbol, etc

Not a bad start for the cycle but it has a couple small problems:

ESTROGEN: with the d-bol and high level of test-E, the proviron will likely not be enough to keep estrogen under control. Since you want a cutting cycle, low estrogen is a must (estrogen causes water retention and triggers fat storage)

I would drop the d-bol completely. Jump start with 50mg/day of winny if you would like.

I'd also lower the test dosage to 500mg/week and raise the tren to 400mg/week. With the proviron in there you should be fine libido wise but I'd go with 50mg ED.

If you start this cycle and still notice significant bloat, add 0.5mg/day of arimidex.

That cycle combined with a calorie restricted diet should send you in the direction you're looking to go.
 
There are many types of AAS that you can use when trying to lean out. Diet is key! I personally would keep it simple. Tren-Testosterone-Anastrozole would be a great choice and run some Thermorexin through out the cycle. With a good diet and cardio you should be able to lean out quite well.

Bro, I would go with 50-75 mg Var/50mg proviron for 10 weeks cut down to 3000 cals very clean per day...the Var will supress your hunger...EQ will make you eat like a horse {no pun intended} but the var will help you maintain your strength and muscle while dieting..
