For more amatuer shows do guys run 12-16 week diets instead?
Well its 14 weeks to the first one and 20 weeks to the last...yes its long.

Here is where I start:
Meal #1
1.5 cups cottage cheese or 10 whites, 2 whole
14 oz. 93% lean beef
1 ½ cup oatmeal before cooking

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 3 Scoops Ultra Size,2 scoop Muscle Provider, 1 scoop mass maker 3/8 cup whipping cream

Meal #3
14 oz. Beef (before cooking)
8 oz. sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) or salad with 2 TBS. Low Cal Dressing

Meal #4
3 Scoops Ultra Size
2 scoop Muscle Provider
1/3 cup whipping cream
18 oz water

Meal #5
14 oz. 93% lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish and once or twice weekly sirloin steak
2 cups vegetables
1 TBS Flax Oil

Meal #6 3 scoops Ultra Size, ¼ cup cream.


On training days I add a drink 6 scoops Mass Maker and 2 scoops Muscle Provider Post Workout.

I also eat a total of 6 tablespoons natural peanut butter per day.

Well not normally. I am only 5 weeks off my last contest diet. I did the Mr Ohio then had a guest posing 3 weeks after that so I am close to my last one. I should be shreeded wheat at these shows!:p

I feel for you. I was cutting about 1 1/2 years ago, and got a bad case of the stomach virus. It was the first time I had been sick in a year. It was so bad, I was actually crapping blood for a couple of days. I got dyhyrated even though I had been drinking two gallons of water a day, and several bottles of all sport, and passed out on the sales floor. In that 10 days, I lost a total of 20 ibs, despite eating extra food to compensate. It took me 4 months to regain the size and strength I lost. My advise, ease up on a diet and training a bit until you feel better. Load up on vitamin C, omega 3's and anything that might help with your immune system. I wish you the best of luck with your diet and contest.
Seems like a 24 hour deal. My 4yo son is putting me through the paces though!

I hope it isn't the flu crap that is going around. Good luck on fighting it off!!
