ok so i did a delt shot a week back, turned out i have a nice lump which is slowly dissipating.my concern is i got a blood spot where i injected , thats normal, but yesterday i noticed 2 others forming a triangle close to each other as if i had hit my delt 3 times , anyone ever experience this ?

Can you take a picture for me> I can't quite picture it in my head what you are saying. You aspirated the syringe correct, and cleaned the site prior to injecting it?

yes everything was spot on, my left delt is 50/50 for me and i often get a lump even when done perfectly.

best way to describe it is when you inject and pull out you sometimes get a small spot of blood that will form a scab, well 2 more appeared quite close as if i had pulled out the pin and re injected myself 2 more times

Sounds like a hematoma and that you just injected a vein. I have done it several times and although it swells and is painful, it will go away in about 4 to 5 days. Keep a close check on it to ensure that it does not get infected. If the area starts to welt and is extremely painful then you may want to follow up with your PCT however 99% of the time they dissipate on there on , and you are fine. Best of luck to you.

you should be fine. Just might be a freak deal or hit a vein you know. The only time i've seen anything like that is when i got my small pox vaccination and the poke you 15 times with a bi-perferated needle, then you get a big ass 1.2 circle full of puss for 20 days on your arm.

it definatley is dissapating even though quite slowly, its not hot just sensitive to touch, and has not impacted my delt training or chest , will ride it out and keep a close eye
