Weird question

Took a shot of test cyp a few hours ago and I'm now noticing my left nipple is a little itchy prob all in my head but I would rather be safe. Question is I'm away from my house till tommorow morning will I be alright to not take anything until then if it is in fact the start of some gyno?

First, it's irrelevant that you mention you took a shot of test-c a couple of hours ago because it takes has a half life of two weeks. Now, that you are mid way through a cycle that's something else.

It's the same if you take your AI now or in a matter of hours: early gyno can be pretty forgiving and it can even subside once it's started to develop so if all you have is an itch (most probably in your head) and it can be stopped with an AI, it can be reversed as well.
