I was talking with a friend of mine who has been taking Xenadrine. Now, she's thinking about switching to Hydroxycut, but a lady that works with her told her if she's gonna' take Hydroxycut instead, she needs to "bump" up her cardio and don't do anymore weights. She says doing weights while on Hydroxycut will just bulk her up.....????? I am right in telling her this lady is full of shit???? Or am I wrong???
