I highly recommend zero carbs to any athlete interested in increased performance and high energy levels, lol

You had trouble with your hair from a starvation diet manily.

but he got ripped to shredzzzzzzz from it!!

What kind of job do some people have to eat 0 carbs? If I go below 100 or eat fast food and get those sugary ass crappy ones I'm not near 100%. I get roughly 180 a day right now and feel great, and hell I'm thinking of increasing it.

nah pulling on rope cable machines and sum free weights

not designed for image but for functional strength

I think you guys are right though, its mostly down to my diet

altho i have seen many bald folks who do consistent exercise

gyms are full of baldies

don't listen to these guys. you do have the right to be concerned. over many years of lifting, you will lose hair. It's just something that you have to accept.

Given the number and variety of people who exercise, you could replace 'bald' with any adjective and probably still have a true statement. We should move this thread to the science forum as an example of how not to reason inductively.

no, there is no threat

Baldness is herditary and also about how your body mediates DHT deposition at the scalp ( and prostate which is another issue)
