I don't even have a camera. I'm not a bodybuilder. I was following Dr Michael Colgan's athletes' regime.

The Rosedale diet provides all the science you need to rip up.

Yea, all you need to feel like crap all day, not lift heavy weights, and to look like poop all the time....good diet.
 
I highly recommend zero carbs to any athlete interested in increased performance and high energy levels, lol

You had trouble with your hair from a starvation diet manily.
