weight training advice needed

Ive been working out hard 6 days a week for about 4 months now and ive gained a good amount of muscle and it seems to me that im not gaining that much anymore work out chest,bis,tris,legs every other day and shoulders,back bis,tris every other day also mixed with some (minimal) cardio everyday although i know i need more cause my bf% is like 21 i think anyone with any tips on switching up my routines with better workouts or supplement suggestions would be greatly appreciated
 
You are most likely overtraining. Working out 6 days a week is very taxing on your body. You need more rest days. Keep in mind you grow and recover when you rest so these days are just as important as workout days. I suggest you try a 4 day split.
 
I'd do 3 to 5 days max. Make sure you're doing compound lifts. Look at the posts for single factor 5X5 routines.
 
hey thank you guys for the info. ive been looking over the single factor 5x5 and it looks good. for some reason i just feel like im cheating myself if i dont work out everyday but i guess rest is very important. again thank you for the input
