Weight loss pics - with more to be added

Hey Guys, Here are some pics of me to show you my progress that I have made recentlty...

My name is Dave, 29 years old, 5 foot 6'' tall and have been lifting since I was 14/15 years old. Over the last few years I have really let myself go through working many hours at work leading to poor diet and drinking too many beers when I got home, the comfort of a fantastic relationship with my wife to be (getting married in just 2 weeks I have also had Surgery on an ongoing ankle complaint that has now gotten to the point that I need major surgery to fix as my ankle and tibia have fused together and I am left in major pain every time a take a step forward. I will be getting ankle replacement surgery once married, I have put it off due to financial reasons as I will need over 12 months off work to recover.

As my ankle joint has fused itself through trauma and every step leaves me in agony I have been unable to do any kind of 'obvious' cardio like using a treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine, bike etc.
I have lost most of the weight through diet and weight lifting with little rest between sets

At my heaviest, i was 240lb, over the last 4 months I have now dropped to 190lbs - 50lbs in 4 months total, my waist has gone from 43'' down to 32'' = 11 inch loss total.

3 weeks ago I started to run 500mg test enanthate just to help fill my muscles out a little and give my sex drive a little boost for the honeymoon!

The cycle will only run for 8 weeks - short for enanthate I know, but it is on its way now so I wont change it.

Just wanna get some opinions on my progress, what you guys and girls think?

Obviously I needed to get back into shape for confidence/health reasons but I mainly needed to get in shape for my wife on the day for the wedding pics!

I 2 weeks before I fly out to get married (2nd may) but the wedding day is the 11th may so I have just over 3 more weeks to shape up

looking good man. you have good muscle on you as well and i'm seeing abs in your current pics when you flex.. yes you can definately lose weight without cardio, it won't be as easy but it can be done, you are proving it can be done.

and once your ankle is fixed after a year then you can start doing some light walking hopefully
 
I am happy with the comparison of these 2 pics within a 4 month period - I have plenty of room for improvement but I feel like I am heading in the right direction?
 
Yeah feeling 10x better! It is so much easier moving around with less weight!

Just checked your recent progress pics dude = looking stacked!

I have a way to go but I hope to shape up like that one day

Let the hard work continue!
 
Theres one cardio you can do ,thats jumping rope, pratice until you can just bounce up and down one you're reached that you will have learned.
