weight increase? FAT?

monday nov 12,i checked my weight i was 4lbs less than what i checked today !!!!!!! that means i am 4lbs more?????? is this fat ? water weight??
i had a cheat day on tuesday........ wednesday i was back on the diet ,did some cardio/lifting during the day and today i did AM CARDIO -burned 400cals and workedout legs
 
Its certainly not fat, 4Ibs in 4 days isn't possible. Its sounds more like normal fluctuation in water weight.

I can very as much as 3IBs from day to day even when my diet seems consistantly the same.


So many factors even excluding diet play into water weight.

Time of day, stress, actitivities ect...
 
yeah, weigh yourself every day and take the average for the week. Honest-to-goodness changes will take at least a week to show up. Also, weigh yourself in the morning, after you use the bathroom. I mean, if you drink a couple of tall glasses of water before you weigh yourself, you would be up 2 lbs for no reason.
