Drink AT LEAST a gallon of milk a day. If you can drink more, then do so. Eat 350g protein, 350g carb and 140g of fat per day.
And you will reach 170 without a problem. Oh yea, no cardio. Do your workouts and sit on your ass the rest of the day.
