Weekend plans?

Oh, thanks for asking.
I have to go loads of laundry today so I can pack for my quasi-permanent trip to Wisconsin. I leave (driving) Wed night for Chicago. My bro is getting married next weekend. Then on Labor Day, I drive up to Wisconsin where I basically start my new job on Sep 2nd. I'm starting a new call center there and have to begin training the new troops I have hired. I'll be commuting back to MD on the weekends until we sell the house and buy a new one in WI.

So I also need to get an outfit for my brother's wedding. I'm doing a reading. Gotta look good.

Plus I need to get my ass in gear and get all these damn documents together for my pre-approval. I procrastinate too much.

Plus we have 2 showings today so far. And dinner tomorrow night with the Mother In Law.

And late Sunday night I'm picking up someone from the airport. I just hired her for one of the supervisor positions at work and she's coming here for a week for training. So I offered to pick her up rather than having her take the metro or a cab from airport to hotel, I'm so nice.

Plans for the weekend?

Hmmmm well since I just finished composing my most recent certification (I am trying to figure out WTF I am paying my lawyer for *sigh*) and getting ready to return to Jersey to start the beginning of the end for my POS ex and every mealy-mouthed piece of shit that turned a deaf ear to my girls' pleas for help for the past 2+ years. Got the THIRD eval that says what the first two said - that I am not now nor was I ever crazy, that I am the better parent, that sole custody should come to me and clearly, since my ex (by his own admission and behavior) can not share (and a whole host of other reasons) sole physical and legal custody should come to ME... One would think that I should be kicking up my heels but I am not. I've been burned for 5+ years so I am very hesitant to be too optomistic that FINALLY we are at the beginning of the end.

Soooooooo....

Supervising more renovating/picking out more paints/furnishings getting the house ready for our girls.

Drinking/eating/riding/chilling w/friends and partaking of a quality cigar or 10!

... oh yea and hopefully the Old Grump will feel up to giving me some more ass.... but other than that, not much.

I hope you guys get settled very soon. I know how hard it is on a family to not be together. My sister and Bro-in-law are in a similar boat only we are talking trans-atlantic.

I just had an awesome omelet. I'll hit the gym in about an hour. I'll spend the afternoon throwing stuff away. I'll probably be moving within a month or two so I need to lighten my load. I'll get on the bike later tonight then do some laundry. Tomorrow I'll do a 3 hour ride along the beach or something.
