Week 7 update

Week 7 update
Started week 7 today (Feb 18) still on Deca 400mg, Primoteton 250mg, and Cyp 200mg.
I have put on another 4 lbs (237) though I think that they are fat because I had a bad week as far as eating goes. I cheated probably 4-5 meals last week. My strength is up more, except for last Monday. I did chest last Monday and was the weakest I have ever been. Maybe because I trained Triceps hard the Friday before, but then again I train tri’s Fridays all the time. I am filling up well everywhere, shoulders still a little behind. I started injecting to my delts. I still feel good with no signs of any gyno or other sides. My symmetry is coming around with the exception of my delts.
I will break up my routine to:
Mondays: Chest
Tuesday: Legs
Thursday: Back Biceps
Friday: Shoulders Triceps
I will give this a try, see how I feel. I have never trained this way, and I am afraid that I be tired after these long workouts. Any opinions on my workout are welcomed.
My eating will be very strict for now on, until my show comes in August.
