week 4 results

Just ended week 4 of test 650mg and eq 400 mg D's 1-3 25mg week 4 20 mg week 5 taper of d's ( I had to go to 20mg my back was KILING me)

Started at 183 around 10-12%

My diet is 3'500 - 4,000 cal a day. Gettinh mostly carbs and proetin and not alot of fat. I dont have my book on hand but I think it looks like this

Protein 300-350G a day
Carbs 250-320 G
Fats 100-200 G

My last way in was 196 which was last night. Lifts are all way up and I am feeling reel good. The test has finally kicked in and I am loving it.

I think the dbol was not that great, I got stronger and put on some weight but my back had a hard time with it. Drinking 1-2 G a day and taking .25 Arimi and 600-800mg of ALA. Ever since I cut it to 20mg I am feeling alot better.

I am happy so far with the gains hipefully the second half will be even better

All and all so far so good, I think I might be putting on some fat so I might drop the calories....What do you think? ? mabey to 3'500 or drop some carbs ? ? ? ?

as for the dbol, you were taking pretty low doses, so don't expect too much from them. did you say the highest dose was 20mgs? 30 is about as the norm.

either way, your test will be kicking in now. . . happy growing. keep up posted
 
When doing a bulking cycle you will gain some fat. I would keep the calories up and just worry about losing fat once the cycle is complete. Good luck gaining.
 
bro it sounds like you know way more than i do. but thanx for your cycle info. this is the kind of info i need to know more about. i just wanna know how do you do it to eat such high calorie intake. i tried in my first cycle but couldnt eat more than 2500 cals a day, i just wasnt hungry.
my cycle was 250mg of sust a week and 30 mg of dbol ed did them both for 7 weeks.i lost a lot of fat and got a lot stronger. so i guess it was a sucsess.

My d-bol was at 25 mg for 3 weeks with .25 arimi and my back was really hurting. I have dropped it to 20 and will finnesh it out this way ( last week ) I have never used d-bol so I wanted to take it easy with it. I was not all that impressed but mabey that is dose related along with cutting out water with the arimi

The test is kicking in and I love that feeling...reminds of why I LOVE to cycle.

As far as the calories go, It is not easy to eat 4,000 ( at least for me)
I write everything down when I cycle and you dont relise how much 3-4000 cals is until you write it all down. I should rephrase that 3-4000 clean cals. If i was eating Mickey d's, chicken wings and loafs of white bread it would be alot easier.........


One word that will help alot

N'LARGE - I usually take two of these a day, I throw in a PB cup and it is an EASY 900 cals. Tastes great.

here is what I am doing know for the most part

meal 1 - proetin bar, bowl of oatmeal ( 2-3 packets) 10:00

meal 2- N large PB cup 12:30

Meal 3 - 5oz Roast beef sandwich on 2 slices of 7 grain health bread ( sometimes 1/2 c of brown rice) 2:30

Meal 4- N large + PB 4:30

Meal 5- 1 LB Steak with Spinach or vegies or a yam 6:30

Meal 6- Post workout sheak 9:30

things change weakley but thats the gist,

sometime for breakfsat I cook ham omelet ( 3 eggs) potatoes and 7 grain bread 2 slices
