WEEK 3 of "The Freak System"

Well, here is what I did on week 3. You might see the pattern on how the weight goes and the reps.

Week 1
225-1x10
250-1x10
280-1x10
305-1x10
330-1x10

Week 2
225-1x10
250-1x8
280-1x8
305-1x8
330-1x8
360-1x8

WEEK 3
225-1x10
280-1x8
305-1x6
330-1x6
360-1x6
385-1x6

Everything went ok, after that I did my 225 for 20 reps. I got 4 more weeks of the system.
 
wow ..very nice.. 225 for 20.. .damn!

your last set is only 220 lbs over my last set... im catching up!
Has your routine always been like this? Or are you trying something new?
 
The sets and reps are always the same, but this is when I decide to train with "the Freak System". The only thing different that im doing is the burnout set. Before, If I felt good I would go up in weight:example-Today My last 2 sets had a 25lb difference so I would go up 25lbs (410) and do as many as I can. But now, im just doing the high reps.
 
sounds good. I changed my routine from 1-3 reps, to mainly reps of 4-6.. i think its helping, i hit 185 easily today after my workout, almost went for 205 but held myself back.
 
Freak 19 couple of questions if you don't mind.
how long are your rests between sets. approx time
on your last set at 225 can you do the 20 reps comfortable or are the last few
tough to do

Its really hard to say what the % is. But my first set is pretty much 50% and it increases and my last set can be around 70%, 80%, 85% and so on.

my time of rest can be about 1-2 mins. I like to train fast. sometimes 35-45secs. Well the 225 is a little tough to get, i can get more but im just beat from doing all the other work. So im just sticking with 20 reps. Maybe ill go for more, but as of now 20 reps sounds good.

I thought it may not be a set % I guess I was really looking for a starting point.
Your "System" looks like it may be worth a try sometime, and need a way to equate it to my pathetic weights,,,,,,
