KillahBee New member Sep 30, 2004 #1 Looking to make my own protein mix and need a good site to use. I tried Protein Lab but a) I have exact grams that I would like to use rather than percentages and b) I am looking for more specific ingredients than they offer. Any ideas? Thanks.
