yesterday i was doing chest delts and tri's
so i start the day as do most weeks at the moment with incline db press warmed up fine 1st set was a pb at 50kg dbs for 9 reps with a spot on the tricep lock out on rep 9 (chest is like my shitest lifts) but was realy pleased as last week i only got 7 and 6 reps with the 50s, after that i had adiquet rest and began my next set this time round i only got out 5 and was spoted to 7 what the fuk i usualy come near to my 1st set reps with my second. I then droped the weight and went down to 40s for like 8 reps but then after this the rest of my work out was o.k no more pbs but as good as previouse weeks. well ne way any one els ever have this hapen and what do you think it could be. probly a bit of a silly question but ther you go
 
Well if you went to failure, then your muscle was probably somewhat fatigued. If I go all out on a set, I never get the same out of my second set.
