instead of coming on here to seek a drug for help with your problem. you should be seeking advice on how to change your life for the better so you dont' get nerves to begin with.
do yoga twice a day.. and you won't have nerves anymore.. learn how to meditate. take out your nerves in the weight room.. i have one of the most stressful jobs on the planet, and without the gym I would be messed up. 2 weeks is my max before i go crazy.
