How will you be able to tell which products are foreign vs. domestic? Many products aren't made in the USA, although they are sold by US companies.

A great deal of our "American products" are made in other countries. Example, My Harley-Davidson Jacket has a tag on it
Made In the Usa. However, an accidental discovery of a second tag, said Made in Taiwan. As is the majority of Harley-D merchandise. Imagine my shock. So, wake up, domestic, is still probably imported.

Strongchick - we are not obligated to help anyone else with anything. If you feel such a strong obligation to help these people then take your obviously brilliant self and form an organization to help them through a private medium and membership. But NO, in true liberal fashion you would FORCE all others to take the same action you would choose to take, and have the whole nation acting on your beliefs. Pass it into law right? Hell yes! make more policy, tax more and hire on more bureaucrats to impliment your social agenda.

If you want to act so righteous accomplish all the "obligatins" then make it happen yourself with your other liberal friends. Don't obligate ME into anything.

As for purchasing non domestic goods, man, keep doing it!! We white boys are very enterprising and wish to run our own corporations some day. Buy purchasing these products being manufactured by exploiting 3rd world people getting paid next to nothing for labor we can keep them in this socio-economic state and keep the cheap labor markets alive for when it becomes our turn to "use" them. (this is what you EXPECTED to hear, isn't it??)
