Ive very seriously considering using dnp next cutting cycle..Ive been gathering information on it..but the only thing Ive yet to really get down is what kind of dieting precautions or rules to be followed while cycling this drug...

If anyone has any info to pass along..I would appreciate it...Ive tried looking up some of macro's posts on it..to no real avail...

Found an old Macro email in my mailbox, hope it helps....

it may be difficult to eliminate food intake after 8
I would reccomend small meals after eight
here are the supplements you should take
1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
2-3000mg vitamin C.
1200IU of vitamin E
200mcg of selenium.
1000-2000mg of calcium (can’t take it with the magnesium, though. Take it before bed)
Melatonin if you can’t sleep and it is also one of the best and cheapest anti-oxidants.
50mg of zinc a day
one iron tab as hemoglobin is a protein as well.
A potassium gluconate tab or two a day
Taurine at 3g a day.
Glutamine at 15g a day sublingual or with carb/protein drink.
1 table spoon of glycerol/ 3x per day
at least 2 gallons of water
sleep with a fan pointed at your head

Animal also has a report , how to survive on 600mg of dnp a day, it's called something along those lines, very informative, i had it but i lost it when my comp messed up, try to find it bro, i'll do the same if i get it i'll mail it to you

WCP, I feel ya bro.

DNP looked interesting but I don't have the patience to gather 855 different supplements!!
 
I've used DNP before and NOT with all those sups. I just ate right, took my usual vitamins and drank lots and lots of water. You really only need to take the shit for a few days. To tell you the truth, I slept alot while on cuz they can really wear your body out! Just make sure that you have a few pillow cases handy, you'll sweat like a fucking pig in your sleep!

I'm seriously contemplating DNP aswell, my
partner of the week, just took some and
I was really amazed. As far as sleep is
concerned, your at a loss for dear old
ATP, so it shouldn't be too much of a
problem. BTW: I've got Animal's report
aswell if you think you really need it, but
there is really nothing in there that
hasn't been thouroughly discussed on here.
Drop me a line if you decide to go through
with it, it might throw me over the
line of indecision too
 
Cuban...you said it only needs to be taken for a few days...how did you cycle it...I only had planned on using for a week at a time...no longer..

Most users use low dosages (300mg/day) and try to do some cardio as well.

More than that really leaves most people with no energy.
