Hey guys I've had some family and financial issues lately, (all good now btw). Just moved in to a new apartment. Got a computer and finally hooked it up. I havent posted in a while, but everything is lookin on the upside now and I just wanted to let the community know, Im back. And im going to stay VERY active and try to help where I can as well as learn from you all.

I was doin a log a while back thanks to N2. I didnt really get to finish it or post as much as i would like. It was for N2's N2Burn. I DO have the final pics, but I dropped my camera literally a foot onto the carpet, now the lens is broken and screen says lens error. So i cannot load them up at this time. Im planning on taking to it a repair shop and see what they can do for me and then I will upload the pics as soon as I can. The product definetly works and you will see the difference in the pics.

Im glad to be part of EL, this place is the best on the web.

ps. will be runnin cycle #2 here very shortly...so stay tuned for that. Should be fun.....Thanks guys

Thanks guys. Im glad to be back. I have been to a few other forums every now and then, and I realized one thing, NOT ONE OF EM COMPARES. Not that I would ever stop coming here, but I just love everything about EF. Glad to be back and posting away. Gonna go hit shoulders now.

I was MIA during the summer. Lotta personal stuff too, some are resolved, others are still pestering. During that time I wasn't able to get to a gym. I kept pretty lean the entire time. Now I'm a little more settled and can make it to a gym again the past two months or so.

I kind of scrapped the 10% for now (guess I should change my headline ) I realized I wasn't nearly as big as I'd like to be so. So I'm still hanging around 18% but I weigh 255 now (and still growing). I'm not going to be seriously watching calories til next year early to get ready for summer and have some abs. But right now I'm trying to get as big as I can. I still fit in 36 jeans so that tells me I'm keeping trim while gaining some pretty good weight. Hehe.
