Water vs. Water with Lemon.

Water with lemon should be fine. the lemon is a diuretic, and a good source of vitamins (C) If nothing else, its a bit of a change from regular water! Though, i always found really cold plain 'ol water to be the best!

Funny someone said something about squirting it into your eye. a while ago, i was at a really nice resteraunt with my girlfriend, and the waiter nailed her in the eye as he was squeezing fresh lemon an her salad ;-)
