Watches - Omega

Hey everyone - first post on this board but looking for some help advice:

I am looking for a new watch and the other day I came across a really nice Omega (currently have two upperish market)...

It is like the one attached but it had a black face (instead of the white one as in the attached - is that called a face?) and it had a gold tachometer (is that the thing that twists?). Lastly I would like it with a steel bracelet but with yellow gold in the middle.

Is that possible or do you take it as it comes?

It costs about $5000 whereas a very similar Rolex costs close to $15000.

Does anyone know where I can get a pic of what I am looking for or any other similar watches?

That was a stock photo i will post some more in a few. I just had it serviced with new washers and polished. It looks brand f'ing new!
