It's bulking time for me, if it's not always. I can admit I suffer from Muscle Dysmorphia (which is probably the source of this rant). . .
I went to a rave last night, strictly jungle and hip-hop night, (The Arsonists couldn't play cus they got robbed in all places Toronto and they're from New York, and I really wanted to see them live
. . . anyways. I don't drugs, only smoke weed/drink. i was drinking all of last night, having a wikkid time, not paying attention to eating times. <---big mistake.
Wake up now, weigh myself, I friggin lost 4lbs.!!!!
Never doing that again (going out), it's not worth all the hard work I've lost over the week and a half gaining that 4lbs.
How do u guys/gal dem balance partying and maintaining your diet?
I was saying to myself I've been good for a month with no cheat days, so this one day will be my one cheat day, then boom see what happens??!!
