Warm/hot Water After Workouts....

hot water= vasodilation
cold water= vasoconstriction

Isn't it the opposite

cold water => your body needs to produce more heat because its temperature is dropping => more blood => vasodilation

in theory you would think so, but the body is efficient and looks to conserve energy and extremities are not the concern, just vital organs. go out in the sun one time if you are fairly vascular and you will see the example, also go out in the cold with a short sleeve shirt on, i'll bet your veins may actually look sucked in. its all for conservation of heat.

anyone try to inject while taking a hot shower

exactly makes no difference

you injecting intravenously? i hope not for your life's sake.

thats why it makes no difference. unless you are mainlining your sust, youre right it makes no difference.

but if you ever get a nice sore injection site, i can bet you'll be trying to massage it and put heat on it to speed the recovery/absorption. :verygood:
