I have been out of the game for about 2 years. I had some big life changes. Moved across country and got married blah blah.
Well I have decided to get back into training and anabolic suppliments.
I was a member on this board under "eggman" probably between 4-6 years ago. I was actually rather active back then up until about 3 years ago on this board. I see some names I def recognize and a lot of new ones. I look forward to learning. I do have some decent knowledge and experience. I am a bit rusty, but I plan to tighten up my knowledge and body with the help of you guys.

I am now 29, 5'10", 240 lbs, My body fat is probably disgusting now less than 20 greater than 14.. I am guessing.

So just wanted to say hi,

Thanks for the welcome back guys.

No pics of the wife.. SHe is all mine. She is def hot though. ANother reason I better get back in shape.

My goal would to be about 210lbs and no more than 10% bf. Oh, and keep the strength I have now. Obviously get stronger if it all works out well.

SO what diet, what type of training ideas and suppliments do you suggest?
Over the counter or over the boarder suppliments..
I am just thinking out loud and looking to brainstorm..

Ha ha, I like the sarcasm man. I can handle it.

I did get married and my wife is legit. Totally cool with me doing what I do. I am also an avid drifter in my car. I have been at it a couple years now and she supports me pitching my car sideways at 50-80mph so she is cool.

As for anabolic use, she lets it slide. She isnt a big fan of it, but she knows I will do what I want.

As for the Nurse Pimp: I was a health care recruiter when I got this SN. I have been promoted since. SO now I manage the nurse pimps

The nurses are recruited and then sent out to homes that need nursing care.

Once I get comfortable here I will be entering the darkside. I am in a new town with new people. So I havent met anyone trustworthy here.
Obviously I came back to EF. There were always good guys here..
