i have a hockey one from an ncaa div 1 program. split into 3 regiments throughout the summer. forgot what they are. anyway, 4 day a week lifting program, combined with a lot of plyos and some running. adds in everything about diet. designed a lot like wsb he more i look at it. great geat stuff. obviously cant post it here because its like 200 pages but if you want more info let me know.
