10:30 -- Turkey, Veggies, Whey W/Water

For abs i'm doing:
4 sets of 20 for:
90 Degree Crunches
Twist Crunches (2 sets for left; 2 sets for right)
Reverse Crunches

My stats: 165/5'11'/16
Goals: 6 pack by september, and be pretty cut :D

Should I cut anything out of that diet? I was considering bulking, but a 6 pack is more important to me right now :)

I'd also cut out the milk, oatmeal and Beef Jerky if it is store bought b/c all the sodium, sugar, preservatives. If it is home-made then it is fine. If not and you like it learn to make it, it's easy to find info on the net and you can flavor it as you wish. You also didn't mention quantities of food but make sure you are getting at least 165g protein per day.

so no morning oatmeal or no oatmeal AT ALL?

dont replace it with anything?

no rice?

And, do you think I NEED to do cardio to have a 6 pack by September?

I'm 165/5'11/16.. I'd say about 15% BF now.. maybe more, but not much more.

That seems like a lot of meals, some of them waaaayyy too late at night. Instead of having jerkey at 330, i would have the meal u r having late at night. I would add some flax oil in there somewhere as well or fish oil. seems like u have too many carbs too. have about two servings of carbs a day. after i get done with my CKD diet and get down to about 8% and i am gonna switch to a proven diet program used by a good friend of mine who is a consistent 5% bodyfat all the times. He knows his shit. If you want me to post it i will. Just let me know.

Needhelp,
I think your diet is basically fine for going from 15% to 10% bodyfat. If I were you I would eliminate the beef jerkey because it is not even a meal anyway. Just make sure your calories are about 11-12 * bodyweight in pounds and eat enough protein. Eating 6 meals is, in my opinion, very helpful. How you organize these meals is pretty much up to you, but try to make it consistent to remain disciplined.

Once you reach 10%, you can alter your strategy. I don't know if you will be totally satisfied at 10%, and you may have some stubborn fat.

If you want to lose the fat fairly quickly, do morning cardio on an empty stomach. Cardio will also help you to become more vascular.

If your insulin sensitivity is ok and you truly follow this diet at 11 or 12 times bodyweight calories and add some cardio, you should reach your goals.

I would replace some of the oatmeals with some other clean carbs. If you do eat oatmeal, just try to make it slow cooking with no sugar. Add some low-cal sweetener if you want.

Oh, and drink a shitload of cold clean water.

When you really want to see your abs, drop the milk and decrease your sodium intake. These won't hinder fat-loss, but they can cause temporary water retention. Nothing to worry about in the long-term.
