~8:00 (Somedays an hour earlier or later)-- 3 Eggs, One Scoop Whey W/ Water
10:30 -- Tuna, Veggies
12:30 -- Chicken
1:00 -- Work
6:00 -- Off/Chicken, Veggies
7:30/Workout
~8:30/ Whey/Water
10:30 -- Turkey, Veggies, Whey W/Water
For abs i'm doing:
4 sets of 20 for:
90 Degree Crunches
Twist Crunches (2 sets for left; 2 sets for right)
Reverse Crunches
My stats: 165/5'11'/16
Goals: 6 pack by september, and be pretty cut
Should I cut anything out of that diet? I was considering bulking, but a 6 pack is more important to me right now
