Waking up sore

After a massive pump i dont wake up sore the next day......im a sittle stiff and tender to toach but fine but on the day after that (no gym between) i wake up and i feel like my chest has been hit by a truck! Why do my muscles delay like this? Im not on any gear just creatine and protein.

Also been doing deads fo a while now and for the first time ever had a really sore lower back that night and the next day...... is this poor technique? Maybe bad warming up etc? Quite weird cause i have never had it before :(

Anyway keep pumpin for the 8and20 chest! ha!

That's why it's called DOMS.....

delayed onset of muscle soreness.

it's normal :)
It's your muscles getting damaged - micro tears and then it gets inflammed.
The eccentric does that mostly
 
how much water are you drinking? i find that if i don't drink alot of water the day of the workout, the next day when i wake up i am sore and stiff.
