i have one previous cycle of sus250 abot 2 years ago im 6'2" and 221lbs
my training has been very well and my diet is very close,ill post a example at end
my question is im thinking of doing something soon, my father died form kidney failure this past year and it hit me hard. i want a stack that will be relatively safe with low sides. im kind of sensitive to gyno (got puffy nips on the sus 250) and im sensative to acne and i want to keep my organs lol ill be running life support most likely along with nolva or adex
i was thinking anavar and something else
my goal is to drop like 3-4% bf and add like 10lbs of SOLID keepable muscle
diet
breakfast-
5 egg whites,2 slices wheat toast, orange or apple,25g protein shake
mid morning snack-25g shake with some oatmeal
lunch- steak or chicken breast with whole pasta or rice
afternoon snack-25g shake,pb&j sandwich
diner- steak or chicken,pork, with veggies and rice or potatoes
before bed- 30g shake with 5g glutamine
preworkout consists of 5g glutamine,30g waximaize,25g protein
right after workout-
30g protein,5g celltech,5g glutamine
