I'm starting to take the chocolate bundle Vitality Daily Greens
this stuff actually tastes really good. it's 30 Super Foods and nine greens per serving
it's got something called an M charge complex and it's supposed to help with anti-aging and boost athletic performance
I'm not seeing anything so far except that It's upsetting my stomach. any idea Why it's happening

I would stop taking it bro and start eating as much real green veggies as poss

I use greens powder once a day to add onto my diet that already includes 3-4 cups of green veggies a day.
