This is something Louie has been having us do. Fred Bolt has been doing one set to failure on one movement after his spped work and max effort work and has seen great results from it. This movement can be the bench press, incline dumbbell press, decline dumbbell press, push ups or anything else. Since Fred benches about the same as I do and weights about 100 pounds less I figured I would give it a shot.
