I have not slammed Japanese cars in any way, but if someone on this board knows of or owns themself  , a Supra that will touch my Hennessy Twin Turbo Viper..........bring it. :)

I'd love to see the supra in 4everhung's link go up against your hennessy.

Let's see a video of you driving your Hennesy to a sub- 8.56 second 1/4 mile run. Prove us Viper-haters wrong bro.

"A professionally modded Supra vs. a professionally modded Viper.

Supra wins."

depends on the mods.
if both cars start at stock and you are given $20,000 to spend, the viper still wins.
i'm not sure where the mythical supra stuff comes from, yes its a good car with a lot of potential for mod's, but the viper starts off with alot more power and every bit the modification potential.

That's the point that you and pitbullsl have been arguing from the start, and that's not the point.

The proper comparison is, you have a total budget of $70,000. Each person can spend the money however they like, the only rule is one person has to start with a Supra at blue book value, and the other person has to start with a Viper at blue book value.

NOW who wins?

what year viper and what year supra?
i can get a viper for around 30-35 with some miles on it.
i can get a supra for around 25-30 with about the same miles.
35-40k on mods.
equal conditions/equal drivers= viper wins.

ME.....and who uses Blue Book.......NO ONE. Sticker in 98' last year for your favored Supra, Twin Turbo loaded $52,985. RT/10..loaded $52,675.

Viper wins...Viper wins!!!

The Hennessy Twin Turbo, with the right driver runs 8.48 in the 1/4.

"I sense lots of Small Pee Pees from some of the posts in here"

why do you say that, because we like high hp sports cars?
or because we are debating over cars?

Quiet down old man....go back to loving your gator, and churning butter.

Your Spidey Senses are off......what's happening here is you have a lot of people preaching on subjects that they are not well versed in.
