yep exactly what proteinfiens says, during mon-fri 60ml right after my workout (only because I am on a CKD and I supplement w/carbs). As I said before use about 10-15ml per 100gm of carbs. From the site you listed I think one of the dudes also used lemon juice in conjunk. with the cider V. To each his own....
