George invited me to the site and I posted a few training videos that would compliment a steroid cycle. I selected this one for arms because it focus on lots of drop sets, super sets, forced reps and I take everything to failure. Enjoy!

Yea..thanks...I've always found it hard to work both tri and bi the same wo. bi's get real tight and don't feel I'm getting the best wo on tri's. Maybe good to mix this combo in occasionally as a SHOCK.
