I really don't get why you called a guy out on a 5 plate squat... It's really not that big a deal...


It's because he can't even fathom stepping off the rack with that much weight. I had dudes here karma me that they were squatting that much or almost that much in high school.....ergo not something you're gonna feel terribly proud of putting on a video, especially at my size.

Heck I'd like to see plunkey do the tabata squat wkt I did last week that still has my legs wrecked way more than the PR from the prior week. By the time I was done with that bitch I was doing the 45 pound bar. My hamstring will not release no matter how much I stretch it.

He claimed he could do 5 plates on June 15.

I called bullshit the same day.

He admitted he couldn't do 5 plates right now about 9 days later.

So to answer your question as to why he got called out: It's because I sensed bullshit, called it and was 100% correct.

really? you don't understand that means mid to high 500's.....like I was saying for days was my all time pr. I'm over this dude, you're obviously a weird and troubled old man and I too have my weirdness and troubles and this shit is just getting old. When there's something of "substance" to argue or debate about you'll hear from me but talking about what's on my feet and what/how much I can lift is old. If it makes you feel better I can barely squat 225...yep, not even my own bodyweight. So there....better? Do you feel vindicated? Do you feel better about yourself? Heck, let's do better....I can't barely squat 135. It crushes me the moment I step off with it.
