Today was one of the worst days of my life
i was going thruough a road block, and i was smoking weed with some buddys

the cop pulls us over for weed, and proceeds to search my car, he finds the following

about 20 empty sust vials
1 bottle of test 10ml generic no label test propinate(empty)
1 bottle test propinate with about 1/2ml left in it
about 30 used/new syranges
lots of empty blister pack of clomid, nolvdex, t3
6 nolvadex inan ziplock bag
and 4 clomid in my jacket pocket

now here is where i need you
i live in canada.i admitted i had used steroids in my past
they wernt 100% positive what it all is, so there getting it lab tested

since all the bottles are empty, can they still charge me for possesion of steroids

i was under the impression that possesion in canada was legal.. correct me if im worng
what is the maximum jail time i can look at

no i also want your opinion on this, i was telling the cop a lie avout whos thee stuff wasshe put the cuffs, and me and then i changed my stry and admitted to use of it
the cops search the car for weed, they found nothing, they took my name, and number and address, of me and my buds.

they uncuffed me, gave me a traffic violation, then said i could go.

no I also wasnt read my rights, when they cuffed me.
my biddies just think it was mainly a scaretactic, consider all the bottles were empty.

what do you think

Exactly.

Nonetheless they cant do you for the empty stuff but you shouldnt have admitted they were yours. I dont know the law in Canada but I hope its more like the law in the UK rather than the law in the US.
 
I think you will be OK. I live in the states and It is my understanding that possesion of a personal amount of gear is legal in Canada. You would only get in trouble if they thought you were a dealer. As to the Marijuana, isn't Canada on the verge of legalizing Weed? Good Luck to you.
 
If everything was empty then what are they going to get lab tested? Syringes are legal, possession of a personal amount of steroids is legal. I'm more surprised that they didn't nail you with the weed. It is possible that they could charge you with conspiracy to traffic but since the stuff was empty I seriously doubt it. They didn't arrest you and that is good. If you have a large amount of steroids anywhere you might want to keep them well hidden. And I'm with the other guys...why do you keep your empties in your car? I put my used stuff in the trash. Why do you smoke weed and drive around? Not very smart decisions bro.

I'm Canadian too, and if you weren't read your rights and they only took your name and number I think you'll be okay. Was it the RCMP or OPP or some other city police. Your odds are way better if it was city police. OPP are still easier to better to get along with than RCMP. Not that any of them are bad folks, just that RCMP don't look the other way so well.

Anyway dude, hang tight, stay CLEAR of all illegal shit for a month or so, and keep us posted.

I think you should be fine, I have always heard that in Canada possetion of gear is legal for personal use.
BTW.... How is your cutting cycle going ?

well being 18 explains why u did this rather D_U_M_B thing. If they had wanted to give u jail time they would not have given u a ticket and let u go. u should be ok but im not positive about CA laws on that and its just my guess
 
can they even prosecute me.. i all i had was empty bottles??

i admitted they were mine, but would they arrest or prosecute some one who had done heroin or somthing like that in there past, and then had some used needles, and an empty bottle, that were months old in ther car???
some how I dont think so.

hope fullly they were just using scsre tactics. becuase if they let me drive home, i dont think i am in that much trouble.. and why would they bother to lab test them,. I told them what every thing was.

if they let me go home after that. hopefully it wont be too seroius...

but i would like all your replys, please...

and can some one clear up as to wether possesion is legal in canada. i belive it is, as they can be prescribed for medical use, so i dont think there a restricted substance..

possesion is legal in canada for a personal amount. but you should be fine if they just took your adress and let you go

they cop placed me under arrest for possesion of anabolic steroids..

then took my cuffs off about 1 minute later
she didnt read me my rights, and i was undere the impression that i HAVE to be read my right is im arrested. and, since i have a personal amount on me , and never have any intent to traffic, can i say that i was wrongfully aressted??

bear in mind i was never taken down to the station and they just let me go...

AM has pretty much summed it up for you. There is a 97% chance that nothing will happen to you. Plus, all your vials/amps were empty so they can't charge you with trafficking, and even if they were full you could state that they are for personal use. Another point in your favor is that you're 18 years old and still a minor. They just took your number down so that they can confirm the pills you were carrying aren't compressed crack or something and to scare the sh*t out of you, which sounds like they accomplished.

For your own sake and your future, if anything similar or worse happens to you again, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. Do not admit to anything, anything at all. I don't care if they are asking you whether you have a penis or not, keep your mouth shut and don't admit to anything like you did this time. All you have to tell them is your name and address, and that you want to speak to an attorney. Take this instance as your learning experience.
 
Being handcuffed doesnt mean you were arrested. Most US police depts will handcuff suspects during the "investigation" phase to protect themselves or if you decide to run, etc, so Canada may as well.

sounds like you are fine to me, just be smarter in the future and trash that stuff.....
 
if you;re 18, you're not a minor anymore. so if you were charged, it would be on your perm record. if they let you go, you are fine. JUST MAKE SURE YOUR DONT HAVE ANYTHING AT HOME, i mean anything at all. if they do decide to pay you a visit, and they can, since they have probable cause that you may have more shit at home. get rid of everything. including empty vials. BTW, you should get rid of empties and used needles right after use. what were you thinking? were you going to make a necklace from the used amps? :confused:
 
i just talked to my brother who is a cop.. he said that most liklely nothing will happen from this, they cant arrest you for having empty's and possesion for steroids is legal, for personal use.

Dude stop worrying your fine. If they didn'r read you your rights then they didn't charge you with anything, also if they wanted you, you would have went to jail right then and there. Not, we'll call you type shit. They just tried to scare you and from what I read, they did. Believe me I've been there and done that.:D

Last year I was stopped as well in a road block and the cops searched my car for drugs and the found like 20 sust, 300 clens, 2 bottles Provirons and 400 winny tabs....."what the fuck is this???" they ask me and I answer "Steroids man....u know the stuff that u take when u train to help u get big"!!!and the answer" Oh, well, ok.....have a nice day sir"!!!!!
oh, I love this country, our goverment just loves us bodybuilders.....

id just like to thank you all for re assuring me.. my brother telling me id be fine and there was about a 99% chance they will do nothing about this, mainly becuase they have no grounds to do any thing about this, really made me feel alot better about this whole situation,

and now that i think about it.. if they were gonna do anything they would have just arrested me there on the spot and taken me away.....

my cutting cycle was oig good, but i was forced to stop early due to liver problems...... i have only lost about 3 lb since i stopped, and have about 5% leff bf and i weight 10 lbs more.. so it went really good....

have you started your cycle yet
 
I started my cut cycle about 2 weeks ago. My weight is steady but I think I have lost some BF% but not much yet. I start the Fina in a couple weeks so that should be fun. Are you going to start up your cycle again ? I had some liver problems on my last cycle and hit the Milk Thistle, Primrose oil and ALA hard and when I went back my doc said my liver was just fine.

They gave you a traffic violation and let you go. If they were going to charge you they would hull your ass to the shop and fingerprint you and get all the info because they have the evidence. All you had were empty vials, do you know how much paper work they have to do!! You are OKAY no problem. Just to be safe empty the house because the cops may need some for themselves. Peace
