I do not have the time to cycle carbs, nor will I eliminate CHO enitrely from my diet. Is there a round about number that u bros wouldnt cross when trying to lose some body fat (drop from about 16% to about 12%). I am no bodybuilder just a normal dude who wants a harder look. 100g, 150g? more less? Any help would be great.

How can you "not have time" to cycle carbs. Either way you're eating. How do you have time to eat or not eat one type of food. I'm not saying you should, or shouldn't cycle carbs, who cares. But you can't approach this lifestyle with a lazy attitude.. IT JUST WON'T WORK.

its too much effort for me, I am not a BB nor do I want to get in the single digit BF range, i mean i wouldnt mind but im not willing to put in THAT much effort...I am a docotr, surgical resident, so its very difficult for me to plan and pack my meals as it is...i cant be bothered cycling carbs, etc--its more effort that i cant put in

Well if you are seriously planning to diet it takes some planning and prep. At least for me it does since I don't loose that easy. I do high good fats and protein and less than 50 carbs and I write down everything I eat to make sure. And don't forget cardio.
