Vertigo took a turn for the worse.

I've had it now for nearly a year, but it's always been pretty mild. This morning it took a turn for the worse. I bent over the dryer and I had to hang on because everything was spinning violently. I could barely make it back to bed and thought I was gonna throw up (something I've only done once in 27 years). I couldn't go to work, and I'm up now, but the spinning and eye disturbanced are still occurring. This is a condition where nothing can be done, it runs its course and sometimes never goes away and can be quite disabling.. Nothing I can't deal with.

This is some weird shit. I can't walk without bumping into the walls and I can't turn my head suddenly in another direction.

Harden The F*ck Up, Bitch!

Yeah, I'm just waitin it out and hoping it goes back to the mild stage. I had a great workout last night and then it hit me out of the blue this morning. The good thing is if I can't go to work (can't drive like this). I was gonna take 6 months off anyway beginning at the end of August.

Acid flashback?

But seriously...

Man, that sucks.

We'll see if it can keep me out of the gym. I'll have to be falling down and throwing up, otherwise I'll be working out.

that sounds horrible. What causes vertigo?

There are little stones in your inner ear fluid. Sometimes they break off and it results in balance, vertigo, vision disturbances. So as it has been explained to me.
