Versace sizing

I heard recently that Versace sizing is a bit awkward...I just got an XL jacket off of e-bay and I generally wear an XL with most clothing but I'm a bit worried...but it said the chest is 50" and shoulder to shoulder is 21"...that's actually a bit larger than some XL's so I'm not sure what to think.
