Ventrogluteal injection site

I understand the site location but I have 2 questions:

1. Can you inject in both this site AND the dorsogluteal (aka "regular buttocks") site?

2. The maximum recommended volume to inject in the dorsogluteal (aka "regular buttocks") site is 3 ml (3cc). What is the maximum recommended volume to inject in the ventrogluteal site?

Yes, you can inject in both sites. Tho if your doing more than one location at a time you may want to alternate sides.

What are you shooting that you'd need more than one location at a time?

Nothing I'm doing right now. But I was just thinking about in the future if I had to shoot a lot of ml's per week and I wanted to give plenty of time between hitting the same site again.

I wish I could learn how teh hell to shoot ventro. I see pictures and read instructions on how to find the spot, but they are never for self-injection...

Well, last night I put 3ml's in my right ventrogluteal, then went for a run. Today, no soreness, no pain, nothing. Seems to be a good spot.

Is there any tutorials about the ventro-gluteal site? I cant seem to find a good depiction of exactly where this is at. I have done 2 cycles and have not been able to pin in the glutes as I cant reach comfortably. Always in the delts and quads.....
