Venom's first pics...

Here are my first pics for the board, im thinking of doing some shows if i can get in the right condition by june... i'm looking for critiques for anything i need to work on. Stats 5'9 185lbs... for now :) Here ya go.

very nice shape bro. Good size and very ripped..with a bulking cycle you are done to June....and don't forget to geat some sun..

LOl ya you look good bro. Very cut. Are ya looking at doing a bulking cycle or are ya looking to stay that way. If you could add some more size to that frame youd be very pleased with the results. What are your plans. diet , training. etc. Let us know and we can help ya out. Good Luck my man

thanks, im looking to put on some more mass, honestly i've been trying to bulk for the past five weeks and this what happened lol. I've put on 25 lbs since then and im still growing. i just finished week 4 of fina and finished my first week of prop and i will carry them both out for the next 3 weeks and maybe add something else in at the end. I hope to be above 200 when all is said and done... i know thats alot of weight to put on, but it just keeps coming :) and my body fat won't go up either... not that im complaining. I've been eating like a horse too. No junk all good stuff and high protien. I train very intensely 4 - 5 times a week isolating each muscle group into a day. I would love to be show worthy one day and compete.. hopefully by this summer if all goes well. I'm thinking of throwing something in at the end of 6 weeks to pack on more mass... any suggestions? i was thinking maybe dbol and extend the prop for the last 4 to 5 weeks
any ideas

Your physique is good, and I am sure you know that.

Question though, looks like you have some fairly serious back acne, is that a problem that you have routinely had to deal with or would you attribute it directly to your current AS usage?

Lestat: thanks bro, oh and the bacne is no way related to the AS. And it is no where near as bad as it looks, i only have about 3 real zits on my back the rest are just red marks left over from an allergic reaction i had to some medicine at the end of summer and the spots haven't faded out completely yet. But a tanning bed should help that :) And actually it has gotten a little better since i started!!

Caesar7: thanks too, i have been off and on since my senior year high school,( im 22 now) freshmen year college i was pretty hard core then i met my ex that distracted me from my training so i was off and on for the next 2 1/2 years. I always stayed in good condition but not like before, but she's gone now :) so i can focus on more important things lol but i didn't touch a weight for six months before i came back this time and its been 5 weeks and im more focused than ever, plus i have a SUPPORTIVE girlfriend. So this time its the real deal.
 
You look good bro. You definitely need to bring your arms up though to match your shoulders. Try some heavy cable work including reverse curls.
 
Looking great. You can definitely be ready by June. I've been having to make trips to the tanning bed myself. lol. :)
 
your rear delts and mid back need some work honestly. thighs were ok, but i didnt see your calves, which are weak on most. dont be afraid of the forearms either!

MP5: Thanks, i recently switched to doing bi's on chest day instead of tri's and tri's on back day instead of bi's it has made a HUGE difference i get incredible pumps and it has definately helped them grow. I will try some reverse curls like you said also and some cables.

Phatchik: thanks for the encouragement

Sinister: what do you suggest for the rear delts? i have switched my back routine up to include more inner back also. I really need to hit the calves, they are proportional but need to be bigger, I have been working them but they are the ones that usually get left out :( not for long though:D
 
Dude, you already look better than 99% of the people on this board!

Bis with chest is a good split. That is what i used to do and people didn't understand. It allows you to work your bis with 100% intensity since they are fresh, same for tris on back day.

Currently i do arms on Monday, Legs on Tues, off Wed., Chest on Thurs, and back on Friday.

When i work arms i do two excercises for bis, then 3 for tris, then finish it off with reverse curls on the cambered bar hooked to the cables. Do like 3-4 good sets, and one burn out set at the end and your arms will be finished.

I feel that i have made some good gains since these pics too, so i will post some new ones in a couple weeks

With a little work on lowering the bf% in the lower abdominal region you could be a solid competitor.

Looking symmetircal otherwise even though I havent seen your calves.
 
you look great and i say just continue doing what your doing and this is the time to add mass since you dont seem to have a problem with any bodyfat.
 
Venom -- You have a great look going! Definitely no problem w/ the bodyfat. Slap on a little more size and get the bigger "V" going, then you'll have that BB look -- right now you really look awesome tho! June will be a good month for you!
 
AKA Venom93 --- Well after a long 6 week break with no working out and no juice because of exams and projects and what not its time to get back into the game. Here are some current pics at my starting point, im at a lean 179, my abs aren't showing well because i just finished my ab routine so they are hiding at the moment.. Well what do think, looks like i have some catching up to do. I'm going to hit it up for 8 weeks natural and hopefully hit 190 or more. let me have it

Let me guess, the last time you touched puss was when you slid out of one.

Clear up the acne on the back and quit lying about your 16" guns bc they look like a pellet rifles.

The truth hurts sometimes.

and yes in the first pics they were 16 inches on the dot ... sorry to burst your bubble. But now that you mention it where in this post did i give that stat?? in the second pictures they are not because i took six weeks off without touching a weight.
