how bitchin would that be if you tubbed it out, dynatrac 9" rear end, ladder bars, big meats and shoe-horned a built (700 hp on pump gas) crate motor and a powerglide under the hood???

well...if you did everything else to it that i suggested, it wouldn't be worth a shit for anything else but straight-line acceleration for like 1,320 feet...and for that particular application, the powerglide is still one of the most popular transmissions for your garden variety weekend warrior...besides, how many gears do you need for a 10-second blast?
